For on-line purchases it is necessary to activate the warranty by sending the special coupon stamped by the installation workshop via email to certificato@gpr.it, for purchases at physical stores the shop stamp is sufficient. GPR cannot provide a new silencer instead of the one to repair, the client has to accept to remount the original exhaust or wait the standard time for the reparation.
